As a global supplier of industrial engine and compressor components, we take our obligations seriously to ensure that our products are not sold, shipped, transferred, or re-exported to restricted countries, entities, or individuals in violation of U.S. law.
Restricted and Sanctioned Countries
ºù«Ӱҵ Industries does not engage in transactions involving the following countries or regions, in accordance with U.S. sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC):
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Russia and Belarus
- Venezuela
- The Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
We also prohibit transactions where goods are intended to be routed through or re-exported to these destinations, even via third parties.
Our Compliance Protocols Include:
- Screening all customers, freight forwarders, and end users against U.S. government denied-party and sanctions lists (OFAC, BIS, DDTC, etc.).
- Requiring end-use and end-user certifications for sensitive products, especially for orders involving Caterpillar, Waukesha, Ariel, and other controlled equipment.
- Analyzing digital identifiers, including IP addresses and email metadata, to detect diversion risk (e.g., access from sanctioned countries via VPN or proxy).
- Verifying geographic locations using GPS coordinates and other tools to confirm the physical destination of goods.
- Refusing business where the end-use, end-user, or destination country cannot be reliably confirmed.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with ºù«Ӱҵ Industries, the customer certifies that:
- The goods will not be exported, re-exported, sold, or transferred to any country, individual, or entity that is the target of U.S. economic sanctions
- The goods will not be used in the design, development, or production of weapons, including nuclear, chemical, biological, or missile technologies
- All information provided regarding the end-user, end-use, and destination is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that raises concerns regarding compliance with export controls or sanctions.
